Order and Return Policy

Birth Song Botanicals is a small woman-owned business. We are real people who truly care about our customers! Our customer service is as important to us as the products we offer. We are committed to providing detailed and friendly customer service, answering all of your questions fully and completely so you know what to expect once you place your order.

Monday - Friday from 9:00 am. till 3:00 pm CST

We typically respond to emails within 1-5 hours during those times. Please allow up to 72 hours to give us time to thoughtfully answer your question or concern during office hours.

 

Ordering Information

Online ordering couldn't be easier or safer. Birth Song Botanicals uses an SSL certificate from Shopify. This SSL Certificate provides encryption for increased security on transactions involving sensitive information, such as credit/debit card numbers, so that this personal information can be securely transmitted over the internet. 

To order, simply choose the items you want to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. When you are ready to check, you can pay with your credit card or PayPal account. We trust PayPal to set up a secure way for you to pay without giving us any of your sensitive credit card information. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. We chose them because they use the industry's most secure data encryption technologies and physically secure servers that aren't connected directly to the Internet. They are known for their ability to offer the highest level of security.

 

Orders By Phone

If you prefer, we'll gladly take your order by phone. Please have your order ready and your credit card handy. Call us at (479) 283-7308. Our ordering hours are 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.

 Some wholesale customers prefer for us to call them on a regular scheduled basis to keep their inventory stocked. If you would like to set up a standing appointment for us to call you and take your order, we'd be happy to discuss this option when you are establishing your wholesale account.

 

Asking Questions Prior to Ordering

If you have questions before placing your order or about establishing a wholesale account, don't hesitate to ask us anything. If you would like to provide feedback or comments regarding our products, please let us know that too. Use the contact form to communicate by email, or you can call our customer service department at (479) 283-7308 during office hours 10 am- 2 pm.

 

 Gift Sets

All of our Wellness Kits and Gift Sets are carefully packed. We'll include a special thank you note with your personal message — simply write your message in the notes box in the shopping cart as you are checking out.

If you finish processing your order and realize you forgot the gift card, need to change the delivery address, or would like to add something, email us here. If we haven't shipped it yet, we'll be very happy to fix it for you!

For gift orders, we enclose only a packing list without pricing information. If the billing address is different from the shipping address, we will assume your order is a gift, just in case.

 

Order History

If you would like to see your order history and/or track shipments, log in and go to the "Recent Order" tab. You should see your previous orders there. If you have questions about an order you placed that we are currently processing or have already shipped, you may be able to find your order information there as well.

 

Backorders

We currently do not process backorders. If any of the items on your order are unavailable at the time of fulfillment, we will immediately cancel that portion of the order and ship any remaining items that are available. You will not be charged for any items that are not shipped to you.

 

Exchange Policy

We mindfully pack your order with love and recyclable packing materials. We want to know if something needs to be fixed with your order. And yes, we understand that not every product is the right gift for everyone. Email us here for return authorization. Please include your name or the name of the recipient, the order number, and the date of purchase (both can be found on the Sales Receipt/Packing List enclosed in the box.) Our customer support team will give you instructions on completing the return or exchange. 

Orders that qualify for an exchange can look like:

  • The customer ordered a product by mistake and wanted a different one
  • We accidentally shipped the wrong product
  • Exchanges are possible for unopened items of equal or lesser value

Unfortunately, these do not qualify for an exchange:

  • Any opened or partially used items do not qualify for an exchange; see our refund policy

 

 Refund Policy

Birth Song Botanicals has a money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are unsatisfied with a product you may ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. Birth Song Botanicals will only refund the cost of the product, not any shipping charges. All return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We will issue the refund when we receive your returned product. Birth Song Botanicals will only refund products purchased directly from www.birthsongbotanicals.com. All other Birth Song Botanicals products must be returned to the place of purchase for a refund.  

All international sales are final.
